Turbo compressor
They work by the rapid rotation of the air, giving it kinetic energy. Turbo compressors cause the air to be thrown out of the turbo fan with the help of centripetal force and collected at the outlet of the fan, causing an increase in pressure and obtaining kinetic energy.

Working principle of turbo compressors
The air entering the turbo compressor increases the pressure and speed of the impeller by passing through the impeller. After this, the air flow entering the diffuser section experiences a decrease in its speed. This change in air velocity results in a pressure increase. This pressurized air reaches high temperatures. To prevent this, each stage has its own heat exchanger. In short, the working principle of turbo compressors is based on the pressure increase in the air.

Usage areas of turbo compressors
Many industrial applications such as textile, chemistry, petrochemistry, glass, medicine and nutrition are in the usage areas of turbo compressors. Since it is oil-free, it can be used in areas such as the food industry.

gas filters
Gas ie air filters can be divided into many types. For example; They can be panel type, filter element renewed type and filter element replaceable type. It would be more accurate to explain them according to their types.

Panel type filters
These are filters that consist of coarse fibers and have a high void ratio. Panel type filters, on the contrary to their low cost, show poor performance at high air speed. It is mostly used in pre-filtering processes. The filtration media is coated with an oil-like viscous substance. These filters can be divided into two as adhesive coated and dry type. Filter element renewed (refreshable) type filters
When it is desired that the filters have a long working life, the filter element is renewed type filters are used. They require little maintenance. The fiber of the filter is wound on a roll. When the pressure drop reaches the preset value on the differential pressure switch, the roll starts to rotate automatically and the air starts to pass through the clean filter fiber that has just been opened.

Filter element replaceable type filters are divided into 4 types as bag filters, hepa filters, turbo compressor and compact type filters.

Bag filters
Filters made of mechanically robust and strong high-quality synthetic filtration media are called bag filters. They are advanced in high dust holding and air purification

hepa filters
Usage areas are hygienic environments. Their yields are very high. Operating rooms, electronics and chemical industries are the areas where hepa filters are used the most.

Turbo compressor
A turbo compressor is used to provide energy efficiency and high efficiency air filtration in different operating conditions.

Compact Filters
These filters are used in variable volume air systems with solid designs and convoluted media packs with thermoplastic separators. Compact filters are lightweight filters used in industrial and commercial HVAC installations.
