How do filter systems work

Prefilters
The working principles of pre-filters also vary like other filter types. Each type is described separately below.

Roller filters consist of a disposable glass fiber pad. This pad is a structure consisting of continuous glass fibers that get smaller in diameter and compress gradually from the incoming air towards the air outlet side. This structure uses the entire depth of the pad to prevent dirt from penetrating deep into the area.

Both surfaces of the cassette filters, flat panel or filtration area, which increase the possibility of holding high doses, are in a zigzag structure and can hold more dust thanks to this structure.

G3-G4 bag filters are installed in systems to capture pollutants in the air stream. These increase the quality of indoor air.

medium filters
The working styles of these filters are very similar to each other. Therefore, the aspects where they differ from each other are mentioned below.

M5-M6-F7-F8-F9 bag filters are a medium filter type that provides a larger dust holding capacity with its large pocket and lower resistance. Designed to remove very fine airborne particles, including soot, pollen, mold spores and some bacteria

In panel filters, larger particles are carried through the filter and adhere to the panel teeth using the inertial mass effect, while the lighter particles pass through the filter with turbulent flow and are caught in the fibers that make up the filter.

W-compact filters, large filter surface causes low pressure loss at high air flow. This pressure difference has a very positive effect on compact filters.

W-module filters have the ability to retain high particles, despite low resistance to airflow caused by their design.

Fine filters
Hepa filters absorb the air. It is a sensitive type of filter that usually passes through filters with layers of cellulose, synthetic fiber or glass fiber and then returns the clean air to the environment.

It can be said that the working principle of high-capacity hepa filters is the same as the normal hepa filter, except for some structural differences.

Although there is not much change in W-compact hepa filters, a large surface that provides a large dust absorption capacity is obtained thanks to the many folds in its structure.

The difference of W-module hepa filters is that they provide high air flow with mini panels arranged in a w-shape inside the galvanized frame, providing longer filters and lower maintenance costs. Again, there is no big difference in the working principle.

Activated carbon filters
It can be said that the working systems of active carbon filters are the same. These filters have millions of pores on their surface. Odor molecules are trapped in these pores and filtration is provided.
An activated carbon cassette filter is a form of carbon that has been processed to have small, low-volume pores that expand the surface area for chemical reactions.

Activated carbon compact filters are composed of a pleated synthetic filter media composed of stable fold packs. The number and height of these folds are designed to best suit the operating conditions.

Ankara Hepa filter prices
Ankara Hepa filter prices change within the scope of product features. Since hepa filters have a wide range of products, there is a variety in price.
What do filters do
Roll filters; It can be used in hospitals, electronics industries, computer field, food industry, offices and similar areas as dust holder filters, paint holders that provide low pressure loss.
